I was shown the new roof / seals at the factory yesterday, looks a great improvement over the old version, fingers crossed they have finally made a waterproofed convertible.

Sorry Richard, I was in a bit of rush yesterday and only took one photo of my 3W chassis.

Having bought a 20 Plus Four, interested to inspect the latest model so sat in the new hooded car. You will need to be "narrow shouldered " unless you can live with the new top window seal rail sticking into your arm!

My 22MY Plus Four is about to leave the factory en route to Krazy Horse for some custom work. It is having a tonneau fitted which leads me to my first question. Do any of you Plus Four owners have a tonneau and if so how is it? I ask because I suspect I might be the first. My second question relates to new features on the 22MY vs the 20MY. I waited for the 22MY primarily because of the change of supplier of the brakes and to a lesser extent the lockable storage box. I'm hoping the new hood will be a good thing but am yet to see one. Recently I heard, can't remember where from, that it also has USB sockets and new wings. Does anybody have full information and/or experience of the 22MY?

John, there was a thread running some time back about tonneau covers & why they were not offered as a MMC option on CX cars, apparently dealers with trim shops were also asked not to offer them as it may invalidate warranty ?? I don't think TM ever got a definitive solution, but lots of comments

Thanks for the heads up Capta2. Does that mean it is closer to the Plus4 again inside?
JJR, no idea re tonneau cover tbh but my Feb 21 car is currently at Allon White for first service - they say they are looking into the possibility of putting in the new lock box to unconverted cars if required. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on it’s worth when your car arrives. I will ask re the tonneau cover if I remember. Fyi, you cannot see the speedo reading with polarised sunglasses in case you weren’t aware unfortunately. I have invested in a speedo/GPS thingy which I hope to try in the car this afternoon
I look forward to seeing pictures of your new steed with the new style hood…

I have tested the new comfort seats last week and they are a HUDGE improvement. Both comfort as seating position! Now you feel like you are sitting in a seat and not on a wooden bench. Highly recommended take the comfort seats.
