I've been pretty busy working weekends recently so took a day off last Thursday and had a half day tour around the North East along with my son in his MK2 Escort. We're off on holiday to the west coast so we're trying out different camera position's and angles. Here's a short video that he's put together. He's also got a couple of mics and some more mounts on order so we should have better sound and footage on the actual trip. Hope you enjoy. Back from a 400 mile spin around the Cotswolds, not a sniff of sun but at least it was mostly dry
Jon, were you in Old Sodbury on Wednesday, late morning. I was on my way back from Williams and waved to an unknown Morgan. Bob, no would have been parked up at Stowe We are however booked into W's open day on the 31st I was going to do that but it clashes with the Silverstone Classic.

I haven’t driven my new, to me, plus 8 for about 2 weeks, possibly 3, when I had opportunity it rained and when I didn’t the sun shone. Finally got out yesterday, in between showers, was only planning a quick pop to the beach at marazion to check the wind and a pop down the marazion bypass to open her up a bit, 10 miles maybe... ended up doing more like 30 with a very nice ice cream stop in st just then a coastal run along to gurnards head before home.
I loved the 4/4 I had, for 13 years, but oh my this plus 8 is pure delight.

a nice to Lavenham for lunch with Anglemog. Leaving home there was this moth on the garage. A 40 mile round trip to Moira Furnace with DonMog today. Sunny and roof down going. Very wet and roof up on the way home.
