No the silver canister Craig to the left of the vertical baton.
I never had need to access that area on my 4/4 Sport in it's 24,000 miles with me so I'm not totally sure of it's location other than the rough drawing.

I agree it looks more like 23 on the drawing, possibly the evaporative charcoal filter.

Dani, this photo is maybe of help. My one of these is in the engine bay on the driver side bulkhead- Different engine ,but fuel injection ---and it is a morgan, so theres no guarantee of uniformity!.
