Hi Simon,
I just spent time calling/emailing the dealers in case they had any old sets / odd wheels at the back of a store cupboard and also kept a regular search on eBay and this forum by adding a WANTED advert in the For Sale / Wanted section.
Cheers, Paul

The image of the wheels posted by chanteclair above are the same as the ones I have on my 2007 Series III and I'm pretty sure the hubs are exactly the same on the Series IV - if so then these are 7.5J 18" and take 225/40 at the front and 245/40 at the rear. I've just put a set of Pilot Sport 4 on my second set of rims.
Cheers, Paul
