They do know about the problem and are working on it now the GP surge is over. I think the GP surge is yet to come after the lockdown has eased!

I have just accessed my account and dowloaded the tickets, however it was not easy to do as the website seemed to have a few glitches... so persevere!
On another note I have attempted to get my van onto my tent pitch instead of my tent. It says on the website that you can park a car and a tent on the 8x8 meter pitches. But I am being told I can't do this as its too late to change it so close to the event
Not happy as its not possible to call. anyone and the chat bot does not offer ay options that are relevant to my query

I got an email this afternoon with a link to my account, downloaded and printed the tickets out ok.

No they arent. Tried several times tonight and all I get is the "please wait site loading message" until boredom sets in at 19 mins and I close down. The infuriating thing is that I can log into my account on silverstone but the ticketing thing is some other useless set of ****ers.

Get a £19.99 pop up tent from Lidl, and park your van next to it- that should do!

Got the tickets - or at least something labelled "just the ticket". Had to wait until 1 am to get through.. Typical British style, it looks as if they are using a Commodore 64 and BT Dial up!
You do wonder in these days of fibre optics and cheap cloud processing, just how it can be that we ever have to wait in log on queues.

Still no tickets. I have the club entry/parking pass though.
I tried phoning and got the automated message instructing access via my Silverstone account. Logged in but nothing there. I carried my tickets over from the 2020 event but nothing is showing in my account.
I have sent another email but am unimpressed with the time delay. They say “ within 7 days” but the last one took longer.
A distinctly unimpressive set-up.
I have all the emails from last year as back-up for the carry over to this year though.
Their communication ( lack of) methods are ridiculous. Only one tel number with an auto reply telling me to go to my account but nothing showing. The timescale is extremely tight. A clear lack of professionalism.
