I have ordered a number of x wedge items from vtwin.parts, and they seem to have a good inventory and decent knowledge of these engines. For example, when I changed out my tappet covers for polished items (which involves removing the cylinder heads) they had the covers and all seals and gaskets for the rather involved install in stock and shipped the next day.

Nice! I got mine ordered from there as well, thanks for the good comments guys.

Sounds like if you're considering modding your Morgan at all, now is the time to snag one.

It still seems to be available here in the US. Just google it’s part number “170-0200”. I just bought one and fitted it, with the chrome cover. Looks great!

I have found that S&S has things for sale but not listed in their online catalogue, just provide them with the part number you want and they work very hard to get it to you.

I recently received a set of the 569 cams. Can anyone tell me what the highlighted 3 little half-moon pieces are in the picture below? I didn’t see them being referred to in the instructions and am not sure where they go.

On the cam shafts to position the cam pulleys. They are called woodruff keys and there is one for each cam. They are very importand keep the pulley rotating in sync with the cam.
