I found the balance weights off the rear wheel on the garage floor. A large part of the paint had peeled off taking the weights with it. I could not tell where they had come from but driving I dont notice any more vibration. If they had fallen off somewhere else I would not have noticed. The peeling paint is on the other side of wheel to the valve so I had not seen it. Maybe paint was damaged in fitting a new tyre.
