Still I’m sure the next custodian will thank me even if the wife thought divorce was a cheaper option.😁

My thoughts exactly James but then suppose you can’t do without your steering rack, power steering pump, track rod ends, various rose joints, stub axle, etc, etc, etc…….

The rear lower wishbone likes to bend where the coilover is fixed to it

Thanks for the info Simon, do you supply and dare I ask the cost?

Not much to update other than work is progressing, I have ordered weatherstrips to replace all the different ones over the car - as makes sense to do so now.

I am also having a specialist aluminium fabricator work on something custom for me (not as exciting as it sounds!), and just trying to source some new bits and pieces such as headlights.

Once all done it will need to go off for PPF, but I might sort the wheels, tyres and brakes whilst the paint is "curing" so to speak.

I can recommend a good couple of places (one in Surrey and one in Kent) for PPF if you don't already have a trusted installer.

I’ve put snuck in touch with the guys I’ve always used in Kent, possibly sane people you’re thinking of. Super car paint protection

Few updates, bodywork is all done now - car back needing a good clean!

Spent some time fitting all the new lights/fixings I have at the rear.

Just needing to refit all the trim now, the front end I haven't started as I am still trying to source a new headlight - its also cold and I have another little one so priorities aren't really the car at the moment.

Next steps will then be to have it detailed, PPF applied, ceramic coating, new tyres and get the wheels redone in gloss black, and refurb the brakes. coffee
