When I fitted an organ pedal a few years ago they were designed for the accelerator with the roller foot fitting.
Do later cars still have these or a “standard” pedal type? I don’t think the organ version as I fitted would be suitable for a standard plate type pedal.

No if the car is fly by wire with a normal pedal the organ style won't work

That’s what I thought and the 4/4 Sigma was fly by wire, but Colin’s 4/4 Sigma had the organ pedal fitted to his car.

Just to confirm chaps my 2012 4/4 Sport had a Sigma engine, was fly by wire and had an Organ Pedal.

The pedal was the normal roller end under (and inside the long slider hole) on the Organ pedal. Looked identical to other cars I have had. As I say no idea if someone modified anything as I asked AWSC to remove it before Shaun made me a full carpet set for the front as I preferred that to the rubber mats.

Hope that helps

If this works Craig its a terrible photo but shows the Organ Pedal on one of AWSC advert shots before I bought the car, all a bit hazy (me and the car as it was midway through Chemo and a Pal had driven me there to see it ;-)) Car still has the wood rim steering wheel and rubber front mats at this stage.

I guess you could fit a roller pedal to a fly by wire set up. On my Roadster MMC have just cut down the Ford plastic pedal & drilled two holes to bolt on a pedal so why not a roller. But then the organ seems overkill

I agree with John about the Organ pedal, of course these things are all personal preference but I always felt here was more ‘feel’ and light throttle smoothness (as in crawling in traffic) with the OE roller.

If it is fly by wire on he Roadster at least the pedal assembly bolts onto the footwell. You can in theory drill new holes & move it towards you. But on my Roadster that is not easy as the fusebox & ECU sit ontop of the footwell in the engine compartment.
My pedal sat 85 mm below the brake so Cain made me a new adjustable pedal. Later Roadster have the pedal moved more towards the driver.
