I just received my new Plus four-fantastic car!drives and works perfect with the BMW engine and manual gearbox.
But:the steerung wheel needs to be changed:anyone ideas and good !! Prices?
What is possible?

The 14-inch Motolita is listed under "Aftermarket Accessories" at the end of the factory price list. I presume other Motolita sizes could be fitted though.

Good God! I would have expected £50 max.. Looking at the Motolita website they all seem to be just below £200 which is still daft but less so. But surely the CX car has an air bag in the wheel? Can you just replace with a non air bag?

No air bags - it is specifically mentioned in the Owner's Manual, in a list of safety warnings, ".....Morgan Plus Four is NOT FiTTED with driver and passenger air bag systems." Motolita wheels are on the factory price list, so no probs fitting them.

Can you just replace with a non air bag? And don't forget that's an upgrade price which (should) allow for the credit of not using an OE steering wheel from the parts bin

Don't believe so.
I asked the question of one of the guys on shop floor soon after the car went into production - the answer was no.

Don't believe so.
