Went to Cripple Creek on Saturday and Larkspur Tuesday. It was my main transportation Wednesday to Monday because I loaned my car to my youngest daughter. Quite a sacrifice, having to ride around in a M3W in the summer, front range of the Rockies, gloat.

Had a great day out yesterday at the Grimsthorpe Vintage Speed Trials with Planenut, Obie & Nig&Jun (Without June!). Think mini Goodwood Revival without the crowds. Not so much driven as spotted today at a car dealership in Burley, New Forest (closed today so I couldn't enquire). Advice duly noted, thanks. If I spot any prospective Emptors in the area I'll pass-on those Caveats. Burley is only a handful of miles from Beaulieu, and as it's the Autojumble next weekend there will be lots of impulse-buyers around.

Another 'spotted' one. An M3W was spotted this afternoon (11th) exiting my driveway, apparently having visited the Great Central Railway's 'Wartime Event' at Quorn. If it was you and you live within 20 miles, it would be good to know who you are!
