Does anyone have experience with Clear Plex Ltd used on Morgan’s . I have had my third windscreen in just over a year! All stone chips damage!

My sympathies- that’s very unlucky - hopefully your insurers haven’t deserted you. You might find it difficult to get the windscreen certified if not laminated glass.
Cheers!

Clear plex is film that bonds with the outside of the screen and supposed to prevent stone chip damage a bit like paint protection film - just wondered if anyone had experience it’s used on performance/ super Cars? amongst other uses

Stonechips are the result from stuff throwed up from cars in front of you.

So on bad roads it helps to keep a little bit more distance.

Rene,
in the UK to save cost when roads are repaired they spray on tar & put stone chips onto them. In theory the cars & lorries press the stone into the tar. This results in lots of stones not secured to the road & with it the increased risk of chips.

Same sometimes here in Germany.

Even if you are creeping, some hobbyracer on the opposite lane, throw stones onto your roadway swear
