My nephew is interested in this car. Wondered if anyone has seen it ? Apparently the paintwork has micro-blistering which will be a costly fix. https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1382592

PM Viper he has just had the full spray job completed on his Aero, he doesn't cut corners either so a realistic figure.
The price reflects this I think it's quite fair.

It states MK2, but isn't that a Mk1, as Mk2 had 3 wipers?

Micro blistering all over or ???, usually happens on the bottom of the front wings.
Seems priced ok though.........

It looks to have had some changes done on it.
Earlier MkI had 2 wipers but towards the end of S1 I did see some with 3 wipers which then carried forwards.
Looks to have had the gaskets fitted around the indicators which was a popular place for the paint to go so I expect that was done by someone in the know which is good.
Flat rear deck and knock off alloys had gone by S2 as all of the S2 had the high boot lid.
Very good price considering.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

My nephew had enquired yesterday - he's just got an email from them that they've taken a deposit.

A late series 1 with 5 stud wheels and big fat hood.
But WTF is wrong with the dealer network pricing these cars up so cheap. Some of them haven’t got a clue on the early Aero market.
Recent auction prices show these cars are clearly 50k and over of mileage is good.
Paintwork rectification is 5k worst way on this. Mileage and owners low.

This is more like it, the condition reflecting the price imho. Far cheaper than a Plus Six or Plus Four and you get a V8 to play with for goodness sake  what's not to like..
