Oh joy, what fun is that! At least there is an access plate to get there. Only one hand will fit so plan ahead! That particular part is not listed in the various parts guides so one must improvise. My lady friend works at a local NAPA store so gave me a handful for about $3. I had to cut one down and re-bend to fit the need. My hand will never be the same and looks ghastly for it.

Just another day putting a Morgan 3 Wheeler back in business.

Have had exact the same problem….happened during driving - was a „nice“ experience ;-) to have a stickig foot throttle on the street

I managed to make it work but I am not totally happy with the outcome. I may add a simple wrap around rubber band to the spring that is easily replaceable. Thinking along the lines of a rubber band made for keeping broccoli stalks together at the market. They are strong, robust and will last about two months before atmosphere exposure dries them out. They are also free...

This is an older 2012 model with many fixes and work-a-rounds to make it work at all. Just thinking about it. The throttle works but it could snap back better. I have another month or two before winter shuts me down so I will waste brain cycles thinking on this.

It is very disconcerting to have any of the pedal malfunction while driving, you hope it is in your driveway.

I have a complete brake failure at 45mph in heavy traffic when a brake system with mechanical linkage lost a cotter pin. Very exciting stopping the 1937 Ford Panel Delivery truck into a row of bushes.

2019 M3W Sold and is now in Las Vegas enjoying the showgirls :-)
