Hi. I removed the thermostat housing today to clean it up and check the hoses. There was no thermostat present! Can anyone tell me the correct temperature thermostat I would need for the UK. Also, I don't suppose anyone has a spare thermostat housing? Mine has too much "corrosion" where the pipe fits and needs replacing.

I think 88 degree is the standard. Few quid on ebay.
I may have my old housing in the shed - I replaced mine with an ally one. I'll have a look after tea,

Thanks for that. Just been outside checking to see if mine can be resurrected after scraping all the crud off it. Yours is definitely in better shape as mine has been pitted badly. So yes please. I'll PM my address.
