I’ve discovered that my Fitbit converts steering wheel vibrations into steps at the rate of around 50 steps per mile. I have an appointment with my cardiologist next week, he will be pleased.

Yes, I now have to leave my Fatbit at home if I go out for a drive in the Mog, otherwise Mrs M accuses me of cheating on my weekly step count

If you wear it whilst painting you get such a boost... laugh2

I find using a SDS hammer drill boosts my steps hugely, I've got a Kronaby smart watch and recorded 30,000 steps fitting a new back door!

Whilst going totally off topic I would liken a Kronaby watch to a new Morgan Plus Four, proper traditional look but with modern digital workings hidden out of sight. I have my watch buttons set up to control the music from my iPhone, I can then stream to a blue tooth receiver & control the volume & track selection etc without touching the phone.
