Does anyone know what would be involved with changing from British right side drive to left side drive? For instance can you use the same steering rack flipped over? The rest looks fairly ambidextrous in the M3W. Most if not all tabs or brackets should be there. Any thoughts?

If you flip the rack over, the car would go right when the steering wheel turns left and vice versa. Unless you moved the steering arms to the front of the upright, but that's not really practical as the rack would also need to go forward. So that's a no go.

Not sure about the USA, but in Europe the Certificate of conformity and hence the registration document is different for LHD & RHD M3W’s. Having said that it’s not a difficult job as, as you say, the chassis is built to accommodate both options. Whether you can get the required parts out of Morgan is another issue. You main parts you need are a new steering rack, new dash board backing, new dash panels but pretty much everything swaps over from memory. I left the handbrake in the same place as I didn’t want to mess with the upholstery, you can chose whether you want to change the steering column cowl etc. By looking at the parts book you can see the LHD v RHD specific parts.
