What great event to meet other Morgan owners and especially 3 wheelers. The weather was good, The Veteran cars on the London to Brighton Run were amazing. The other non - Morgan spectators cars were worth a look. The Jolly Tanners pub in Staplefield provided excellent reasonably priced food, both breakfast and lunch. Easy to get to on good roads. All in all a very good day out. See you next year?

Agreed, a really great day. Good to catch up with people I hadn’t seen since the start of you know what. Here’s a couple of pics from the day, one is a Ronart (new to me) apparently it does 10mpg when the carbs have just been tuned. If anyone’s interested there’s one for sale at just £49k. https://tm-img.com/image/3mSr6https://tm-img.com/image/3mVja

There was a large turn out of cars, of all makes so very interesting to walk about and see.
Not having really seen many 3 wheelers it was frstly good to meet some other owners of a similar vinatge car to mine (5 speeder) but also to see even then how different each of our cars was. I am reliably informed that is the Morgan 3 wheeler way! Gives ideas but also teaches me a little more about my own car. Err and my excuse for the slightly sideways exit when I left was because the veteran cars had clearly dropped oil on the road! Honest!
Thanks to Jim for encouraging me to go, really worthwhile.

Thanks for posting the pic looks like the weather was nice too... I looked at a Ronart many years back in a Kirkintilloch car dealership who was once a Morgan agent, interesting concept having the lovely old straight six engine and vintage race car looks.. An interesting machine for sure. I took pics of it at the circa Y2K, but perhaps like Morgan, it seems to have evolved a tad since then..? http://www.ronart.co.uk/_Gallery/W152/w152.html

Some great photos there Luddite, they are certainly in the “good looking beast” category. I was told only 180 were made so that’s quite a line up in one of the photos. There’s also a V12.

There were two Ronarts there yesterday, one a V12 and one a straight 6. They are imposing cars to say the least.
