I hate drilling holes in my Morgan but today I’ve been a bad person and succumbed to a few small ones. Those creaky front leaf spring bushes under the seats have been driving me potty. Normally they are a pain to lube so out with the drill to make some injection holes. Two holes each side strategically placed directly above the bushes in the aluminium covers. At least they are hidden under the seats so hopefully nobody will ever see the abuse.

Whilst in the mood a quick upgrade to the tool tray. Two more holes each side to shoot at the damper bushes. They like to squeak too when the weather’s dry.

I like the look of your tool tray, is it OEM or did you make it? My 2018 tray is flimsy plastic.

Thanks. I had the chocolate box insert too so this one is homemade.

Excellent Rog! The squeeking drives me also mad, but to get access to the front bushes... For how long do you have silence after using the silicon lubricant? Like always, a perfect innovation, thanks!
