Howard, a web search suggests each adult human emits about 2 tonnes = 2000kg if CO2 per year. So 16 billion tonnes of CO2 per year, globally.

At least it isn't fossil fuel based, most of the carbon containing food we consume has captured carbon in the last 1 to 5 years (wine excluded)

With regard to the IHT stuff, the Pension thing, to save IHT, has been mentioned to me on a couple of occasions, however, what is the point in going to all that trouble and expense, especially in earlier years when one could barely afford to put money into a pension, then to give it to the kids, who have already been gifted a generous amount, either in goods, property, help with their first mortgage or all of it. I want my pension out so I can spend it, maybe on a stupidly depreciating asset! Oh hang on, I have already bought a new diesel X5, which is worth less than half its' value when new 4 years ago.......................Time for that classic that Howard has been on about?
