She is a real beauty thanks for the pictures, the trim looks perfect now, enjoy those miles there is nothing quite like a V8 👍 and now is the time  Sorry can’t help with the spider as I haven’t taken a modern Rev counter apart but someone will be along soon that will have.

The Tacho strip is the easy bit, It's dropping the dash, undertray etc to get it out, all the disturbance of electrickery & that passenger airbag, eek
Let a dealer familiar with Aero's or the factory do it

Here are the photos of the car as it is today. The car had been given some attention at the factory trim shop, resolving the undesirable "patina"!. Have given the leather a few coats of Zymol (other leather treatments are available), looks pretty good I think. The rev. counter may well be an indicator of the low milage, low enough for a spider to find its way in, live a full and happy life and pass on, now resting at the bottom, leaving its web around the needle.
