Very much the same for most of us - it's a lovely car but very expensive too. I suppose you have the German marketplace of Plus 8's available to you also. Your wife will know best, they always do

I looked the German market a long time. Very silly and expensive. There was a Plus4 at mobile a few weeks ago. Not far away from mine (working clutch, no idea about the BRBs) more than 15.000EUR more than I payed new. In Germany it‘s difficult to find a well priced MOG. If you do not mind right hand drive, there is an excellent and well-priced 1997 +8 here. I have driven it and the only reason I did not buy it was that the clutch weight would be a little tiring for several hours a day touring around Europe.

Hi, today i have seen the last Plus 8 (hopefully). First registration 2003, ~8000 Miles. According the low milage it looks very good, only a small scratch at the back and a scratch in the hood. It is fitted with wire wheels, Kauffeld dashboard, stainless steel exhaust and manifold and some more stuff. There is a badge at the back says 35th anniversary. But this was maybe placed later. The 35th cars i saw on the net was with the Cobra breaking light and new turn and wiper levers. This one is without breaking light and with the old levers. Car looks nearly new and was driving perfect (compared to the one with the hard and late clutch). Price is really fair, so i bought it (at least gave the commitment to) - hope the seller don't draw back. Now its getting new MOT the next days, i hope i can take it over next week  Looks i was really lucky again - time for a drink  Have a nice evening Andreas
