you have to have two different websites open at the same time and copy links from one and paste it into another. And that only works after you have downloaded the correct type and size photos to the first website. Words fail to describe insanity.

I have had the same problem for the last 8 years. I just keep cleaning it off.

Well your seal looks to be there, as A Dab of Oppo says they do seem to weep a bit around the cap base & the warning lable is often damp with fluid on the master cyls on 4 wheel trads, don't over fill as when you submerge the float attached to the cap it raises the level of fluid quite a bit

Edit, just zoomed in on the photo & you can see the fluid just slightly up the neck of the internal filler tube...too much fluid in there matey !

I don't mind keep cleaning it off but my understanding the cap should be tight in order to prevent the brake fluid exposed to air with resultant water droplets formation leading to corrosion of brake lines and seizing calipers

If I would like to change the rubber seal, anyone please know where I can get a new seal? or may be a new cap?

You don't need to, your fluid level is too high, see my previous post

As you put the cap on & the float submerges it's burping the excess through the vented cap

It's not actually the case. It may be just the camera angle.

The fluid level is below the max line mark (with the float submerged in)

Yes, my fluid level WAS too high when I bought the car and the leakage was much worse, but now I withdrew some fluid out so the level is below the max line (but it does still leak). In fact in most roundabouts and RT corners the red brake light comes on. So the the fluid shouldn't be any lower.
