As mentioned by LightSpeed, the parts manual and the S&S engine manual are both freely available on the Morgan Three Wheeler Club website https://www.mtwc.co.uk/news-post/ . There is a very informative Buyers Guide there as well that gives some information on what to check on your car and what you can do to improve it. As far as I know, Morgan do not produce a maintenance manual for the M3W and it probably doesn't exist even for the dealers to work to, as I am sure we would have got a sniff of it over the last 8 years if it did. I am really not sure what the dealers do jobs on the M3W in accordance with if there is no proper manual, I would have thought it was an essential requirement.

As for posting pictures, I use TM image Library and it seems to work OK. Instructions are in the Welcome section I think.

There are various technical bulletins that have made their way out to the dealers. How they get them, keep track of the current bulletins and how complete they are is an interesting question.

From discussion with our dealer, it seems like it has been "make it up as you go" from the outset - well recall 8 years ago the challenge they had sorting our v noisy bevel box and rear wheel alignment as our was their first M3W...

Andy at BHM has managed to locate an early style clutch master cylinder for my 2012 M3W. Hopefully this will fix the problem, otherwise I may get M3W services in Montignac in Aquitaine, to pick up my car from its storage near St Tropez and do a whole clutch job, including Phil Bleazey's upgrade for the Centa, new clutch springs and slave cylinder. The car has only done 5/6000km since the Centa upgrade with new clutch, so disappointing if the original has failed this early. I would also get them to change the bevel box oil for Redline Heavy Shock Proof 75W250, as it is getting a bit whiny.

The Redline Shock Proof BB oil is good but don't expect any amazing improvements if your BB is noisy. It may help to stop it getting any worse though.

I found the Redline 75/250 slightly worse than Millers 140. The bevel box whine was very slightly less but over a wider speed range.
