Being new to morgan ownership when leaving the car parked up other than an alarm or tracker is there anything else i can do to protect it from theft

If I'm parking in a dodgy area, I'll put a steering wheel lock on. I bought an universal one, and cut it down a bit to fit. Haven't got an alarm, but have a tracker. I have a battery cut off switch, but my battery is easily accessible under the bonnet so am going to remove it as it's a bit pointless. If your battery is in the back, disconnect it with the cut off switch (but make sure there is still power going to the alarm and tracker.)

I never lock mine for two reasons: It’s pointless when the windows simply slide open. And, I ‘d rather someone simply opens the door to gain access, rather than slash the hood with a box cutter.
Theft of the actual car is pretty rare I believe.

Many people ignore car alarms so I don’t think they are very effective. If you have an apple i-phone, you can buy a simple tracking device for £20 or so and hide it in the car.

It’s always useful to give the year and model of Morgan when asking for advice. For instance, if you have a more modern Morgan with fuse boxes easily accessible under the bonnet, you could easily remove a fuse or relay.

I use a sinotrack tracker - cheap, and cost about £10 every three or four months to keep the SIM card topped up.

When not using my Morgan it is covered up on the drive for seven years now with cover on.
But in the last month had two different individuals offering to buy the car under the cover !
They both said what price even when I said not for sale.
Told them it was a kit car minus an engine !
So for now parked my Mini in front and taken a wheel off !

Yep, mine is on the drive under a cover. I have a wheel clamp on at home, and she's also chained to house using a wall anchor (chain passes through spare wheel hole).

I also have two security cameras out front.

I just park it and don't lock it.. I have insurance. It is rare to steal a mog.

I keep this in my tandem garage, just in case I need to track-down thieves.....
