The standard low melting point solder should work ok. Keep heat as low as possible and directed onto the back if possible after initial warming it up. That way you can minimise heat discolouration that you will need to polish away.

Rather than using the expensive Belzona I'm sure two pack Araldite would work ok on a grille.
Once upon a time a friend and I were trying to fit a Fish or Minnow Fish carburettor to a VW Beach Buggy, we either couldn't get or couldn't afford a propriety inlet manifold
so we Araldited the new carb to the original manifold. Worked!
