Ian, so does a M3W owner who isn't part of the MTWC not considered a 'serious owner'?  I've not joined any dedicated club yet have taken my Morgan across most of the EU and back in one go. As many have said, it's a clever way of MMC to include a peppering of products at the unveiling and threading a story behind it, or so it seems. Great PR I'm sure...

How MMC opt to promote their new model is their choice.
They have made it clear that this model is aimed at a new, younger owner. What may work for the baby boomer, make do and mend generations may not be so effective with the millennials. A marketing manager ignores FOMO at his peril.
Regardless of how its launched, if its as good as the dealers claim, it will be a big hit and a precursor to more socially and environmentally acceptable image post ICE and the baby boomer generations (tongue in cheek for those devoid of a sense of humour) .
One thing for sure there will be some serious tyre kicking and unnecessary demonstrator miles being put by individuals who will lack the courage to be the early test pilots.

Think your on the right line there, F Series, as its on insurance lists, albeit upto 1952..pretty certain it wasn't last year.
