This is part of the common practice to gain points on sochul medier now. You put something up and add deliberately wrong information to provoke responses. The more people who respond the better your profile becomes. It can also allow your names to be harvested later for other reasons you have no idea about.
If you do not know them don't interact with them. Remember if you are not paying for it then you are the product being sold to the person who is.
