I just watched the F3 race. Some decent racing. Lots of comments about the stewards being very watchful of cars going off track. Couple of penalties given. Hopefully they will be the same in F1. There seemed to be significant straying on corners as cars/ drivers were learning so might be some action.
One car wrecked his suspension after going off and over the kerb rejoining.

Well, Well, Well... not exactly the expected result, but some stunning and close racing!!

Loads of excitement, no controversy.
Although one swallow doesn't make a summer, this race augurs well for the season.

I very much enjoyed that, so much so I went straight out afterwards for some late braking and apex clipping, was even tempted to pop some champagne but settled for a strong coffee instead.

OH BOY, the Brunello never tasted better. I knew that the new engine was an improvement but not that good. F1 is back where it should be, shame for RB but I'm going to enjoy the result all this week and await next week with baited breath but I do have quite a good supply of Italian Red so look out liver !!!

I didn't watch it after last years final race debacle but read the results this morning - one word KARMA..

I didn't watch it after last years debacle but read the results this morning - one word KARMA.. Yip, it's early days but here's hoping little Jack Horner and Crashstappens luck continues for a few more races.
