Cracking 100miles in the Spring sunshine to meet a friend for lunch just outside Exeter, good food and good company a perfect day with my 23 yo  there is only one sound better than the V8 and that's a few more

Other direction today and a nice lunch in Saltash with another good friend, glorious weather, sound track, lunch and company Life is good.. and at 23mpg almost time to fill up again  Lots of catching up to be done after the gift from the Chinese a couple of years ago  brought the world to it's knees...

Today 80 km in perfect warm and sunny weather. Only a short trip, before we enter the Alps the black Mog needs new tires... Last time here in February there was still a little bit of snow and a better view. Lovely Coastal run today from home to Kingsbridge and return, saw a lovely M3W Sport Blue with twin white stripes at West Charleton (1530) and exchanged wild waving and shouted hello's the Reg was M11 DFL ish if you are on here and local send me a PM and we can meet up sometime if you like. That's the third consecutive days run out in the Plus 8, I'm practising the old "this isn't a rehearsal" routine quite well

Earned some brownie points taking  for a carvery lunch at the Stag, Breckland Lodge. By then the sun had come out so over to Old Buckenham airfield and Jimmy's Cafe for a latte to round the meal off. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/f8iCtrP.jpeg)

Took the wife out for her first ride in a Morgan, she wasn’t overly impressed it has to be said your not alone, I have one of those too It is important that, at least for the first outing of the year, the journey includes as many of the following elements as practicable: - Relatively low speed roads - Picturesque scenery - Skylarks singing as you go - A destination chosen by the reluctant passenger - And this one is the most important - Cake - with cream and chocolate
