Hello everybody fortunately my wife wants to drive the 3W, and since she is small I have to make the pedals move. Otherwise I am the one not fitting the car anymore .... Has anybody tried something like this sliding pedal box base? If so please advise, many thanks Stefan

How do you access the release mechanism to move it from the cockpit?

Hello Sounds interesting... How about a seat sliding console? https://shop.gperformance.eu/product/sparco-seat-slider/Depending on that, I would change the left and right consoles so that the lever would be on the outside. Then you could lower the pedals again so they would be almost at the original height... So order a console, have new sheet metal bent for the pedals and bend a new lever... The lever could go through in front of the tube frame so it doesn't interfere... Haven't been to the garage yet and looked at the footwell, just as a thought...

The AP one has a cable operated release mechanism, which will unlock the slider and allow you to pull it towards you. But it may be prohibitively costly

Will check how that would work given limited space. Both sides locking seems perfect. Maybe this one here is too wide, but the handle can be easily modified. Will keep you posted

Hello Stefan This was our solution: https://www.speedymarmots.com/works-3-the-back-cushion-for-am/I don't know if it will work for your wife. As a reference, I am 1,82 m tall, and Ana Maria is 1,64 m.
