And now a dash back to the M3W trading pit....

A replacement motor and clutch, extra gauges and body modifications - You could call this an M3W resto mod....

I really have to question the digital guage. It is totally out of place on this car. I get that it gives the driver extra data, but couldn't that be done in an analog fashion? It just looks like a big bit of digital screen and plastic was stuffed on the dash. Not to my taste, but someone may like it. We'll see what happens with the price.

I was watching this one. This is one of those cases, not altogether uncommon, where a few bidders all waited until the last few minutes and then bid it up quite steeply. Still a fair price.

Price will be interesting indeed Craig. To quote the auction commentary " looks like its had all the bad engineering from Morgan fixed"
It appears to be a sorted, well presented example that should sell for big money.....

Not sure exotic cars are the place to camp investment/superannuation money at the moment but here is a chance to bury some of it....

The auction commentary makes interesting reading. The reserve was meet at US$ 260,000.00.....

Good grief, and it looks like an Eastern European taxi with a bad body kit.
