Nice and warm down there too... smile

I set off for the Med soon in mine - 3 days wandering down to Provence for a few weeks. I had briefly (for a nano second) toyed with the thought of taking the Tesla as the price of a tank of fuel is currently ridiculous. But you only live once. smile

Yep, I've increased the fuel budget for my Scotland trip from £350 to over £500 for the week.

It was cheaper in Ballater than at home!

Tomorrow is forecast wet for packing the car, and wet over Glen Coe, so expecting steamy windows for a few miles.

Robbie,
I know how you feel. I hope they solve it fast. If it is just the O ring material (which seems very odd) then assuming a standard piston diameter there must be many viton suppliers out there , but I guess the brake supplier needs to agree on what to do.

DAY 26. Drove the length of the Route Napoleon from south of Grasse to Grenoble. 210 miles and around 6 hrs. Stunning scenery. Just a few bikes, no interesting cars apart from my +8. Then onward another 40 miles to my nights stop near Chambery. Still great driving weather albeit a little too hot. No rain daytime for 4 weeks.

soooo jealous, it's a cracking road. IIRC after arriving at our destination we turned right around and went back for another go!
drive happy3 flag

I drove it in the 80's in a 2 litre Opel Manta - and had the pleasure of watching a 2CV (who clearly knew the road) keep up with a 928 (who clearly did not).... even through several overtakes, where the 2CV used momentum to match the 928's brute force.
