Is everyone who watches Wimbledon enjoying the BBC Ads at any break they can find to insert one into? If they really hurry they could get something in whilst Rafa prepares each serve?
Is this just more evidence of overt Commercialisation of the BBC- or pure panic that less people are watching their programming- so shoving a few Top Gear adverts in during Wimbledon will help?
I also note that from the start of July you have to sign in to the BBC News App- which then happily tells you it will supply your email to third parties. The news is rubbish anyway- so I’ve deleted it.

Probably just getting you used to adverts, so it will less of a shock when the Tories sell it off cheap to one of their mates......

Plus the commercial stations look like getting the go-ahead to increase the frequency and length of their ad breaks.

Ah, you caught me out there old boy, I should have come clean about my viewing habits with regard to CH4 F1 and BBC2 ( I think ) cricket. In fact I have just been watching day 3 ( i think ) of the delayed 2021 India Test Match on BBC4. Now back to Netflex and Amazon. Do you know, I wish I hadn't started this, spade and hole leap to mind !!!! Good Night.
