A tip for dog owners: Ring your doorbell on the way to bed at night. This will clear the dogs off your bed long enough for you to get in and get comfortable  It works......

If you had to rely on a cat to take care of you, you'd be cold and hungry selfish little tarts that they are  Now a dog is there forever by your side, and a cat can't pick up pheasants

All the way though lockdown, our dogs thought that we had quit our jobs so that we could spend more time with them.
Our cats assumed we'd all been fired for being the losers they always knew we were.
