Leather flying helmet obligatory for mid winter top down driving for (follicly challenged) me irrespective of number of wheels. We were on our way back from the Portsmouth ferry in 2019, when we saw a man driving a modern Bentley Continental convertible, hood down. He was wearing a leather flying helmet and goggles!  Each to his own. Bud 4/4 - Stanley  ps. Sat in the garden and wearing the pink shorts!!

The truth is that what you really need are smoky pink cords, with a matching woolly jumper across the shoulders, and deck shoes.
It got to the point a few years ago in Salcombe, where my daughter and I had a spotting competition.

When I had my first Morgan I bought the obligatory sheep skin flying jacket. I have hardly ever worn it. A great big thing it makes me look as if I'm about to clime into a Lancaster and I can't move with it on.
