Hit a massive pothole today and nearside front wheel in a bad state of repair. The offside one isnt too healthy either so could anyone give me an idea where I could get a new set from? Assume no chance from the factory? Many thanks T

Which wheel design are you running as two or three types could be involved.

As if by magic. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2022/07/29/PeterTrusslerWheels.jpg) IIRC these were manufactured for Morgan by Fondmetal. https://www.fondmetal.com/enThey were sold only on the Supersport or Coupe however Morgan are known to be flexible if asked and money is changing hands. They let me have the AeroMax Rays wheel on the Coupe when we bought it. I believe the size and PCD /offset is cast into the inside of the wheel. Ale_72 on this board is based in CH/IT and was looking for an alternative set of wheels to allow him to put winter tyres on his Supersports. It might be worth a DM to him as he is always helpful. I believe that in the end he bought an 18" set from Rimstock which look good. https://www.rimstock.com/ You can find his thread here on fishbook https://www.facebook.com/MorganAeroSSAle_72To my knowledge the designs that have been used on the Coupe/SS models Yours Rays AeroMaxModels that have been used on what I understand to be the same chassis (Plus 8, S4 and 5, later low volume models) Pepperpot/SpeedsterPepperpot Plus 8 50thPlus 8 GT p.s. If there is any hooligan in you try one with the dual sidepipes......loudest ever.

As Alistair says (in his comprehensive post!) , It's worth asking the factory - they certainly used to use these as slave wheels to move part-built cars around.

They have (at least had) a very good quality price ratio. Only pain is the center cap that you need to do it by yourself. For anything else, just ask. PS Fondmetal (italian company) does not provide them anymore to private customers. I already called them. In italian... Using all my italian arts, ahahahah. @Alistair you are too kind

Hi. I own a 2016 Plus 8 along with the obligatory Rays 19”wheels.
I am looking for alternatives, maybe 18”. I have followed the above threads and also can confirm it is difficult to find new options.
I am wondering if 18” wheels will give a more settled ride thus has anyone any experience to offer?
Currently I am looking at the Morgan std pepper pot wheels in silver. Do they suit the car is a question I have not as yet answered.
Rays have an 18” wheel that has correct details except for ET which Morgan say is 26 when nearest Rays is 30. ET I am told is offset from the callipers.
Thoughts ?
Many thanks Jeremy
