I have a 2012 plus 4 Super Sport 60th Anniversary 200bhp model which has only done just over 5k miles and I'm finding the clutch takes right at the top. In last week it has got very sensitive with a very quick and sudden bite almost at the full extent of travel so easy to stall. Is it about to give out on me or can these be adjusted? I've only done 450 miles with it in the last 2 months and the previous owner said it's never been tracked so really suprised if it's on it's way out unless previuos owner rode the clutch as nowhere really to rest your clutch foot? Any ideas welcomed . Cheers

I would start with the easy stuff first. Change the fluid.
Then re-rubber or replace master cylinder and if the slave is external, that also.
Standing idle can affect the seals.

Agree with Dave - start with the easy bits.

Very difficult to get seals for the 'modern' master cyl, so it's a replace or re-sleeve, but new Caparo ones are available (note Morgan specific part)

Will try get this looked at with a specialist as 2 Morgans and now not driving either which is frustrating (Aero has different issues regarding VIN numbers). Cheers

Remove the cap and have a look as a first go round. If it is not clear & dark it is cream crackered. After 2 year the fluid will really deteriorate. Any good gargae can change it.

Thanks John, had a look and as can be seen in the photo looks ok (I'm mechanically inept) but found wedged an 18 inch plastic tube not attached to anything though looks like should be attached to the pipe you can see in the middle of the photo (if it's loaded)? The plastic tube has split and have no idea if this is realted to the clutch or not? <img src="https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/08/03/20220803_182355.jpg" alt="20220803_182355.jpg" border="0" />
