There are a couple of common recommendations, Gott & Wynne seem to have the flexible policies that include use at hill climbs and events. They also know the cars and values etc and seem to be easy to deal with. Probably among the best value and service.
I have used Admiral Multicar for all of ours and when I did have someone hit the Coupe in the car park they were really good. They even allowed the car to be repaired back at the factory rather than some low cost local shop.
As with all insurance now, they give you a good first year to get you onboard then try and fleece you ever subsequent year. I always start 2 weeks before the renewal and get some of those cheap first year quotes and take them back to my current insurer and they usually match them.
The Coupe needed a tracker as it is a hardtop but the S2 soft top did not. Also a lower value however. From historic comments on here not all need trackers so do shop about. Not certain there are a lot of places you can hide a tracker efficiently in a Plus 8 ?
As a note the current trading prices of the Aeros seems to have gone up several notches so we probably all need to check the value on the policies? I have no doubt they have an under-insured clause!
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Another + for Gott and Wynne. My renewal premium for 3.7 Roadster appears to have gone down a little consistently over the last four years. Latest is £413.60 all in for agreed value up to £70,000 with 5000 mile pa cap.

Headley sorted me for £240, a significant reduction from last year for a 5,000 with ERS not Hiscox this year they told me.

Gott and Wynne also use ERS, they seem to be the most competitive underwriters. My 2014 Plus 8 is insured with them, about £500: less than the road tax...

With my Aero S4, I have been with Headley for 6 years but the renewal came in significantly higher this year (mid March) at around £550. I canvassed all the "specialists" advertising in Miscellany, but got nothing lower, with most between £600 - £1K. I have now gone to LV who came in at £334, for my usual 3000 miles, with Aeromax wheels, Side pipes and rear diffuser added as extras. No tracker was mentioned, but I think that depends on the value of the vehicle being insured and postcode.
I did notice that quite a few companies quoting software did not recognise the 4.8 engined Aeros, only offering the 4.4 &4.6 options. Not sure how it would play for the Aero +8!

I am using Admiral multicar for an Aero 8 coupe and a DB11 - both have trackers and are covered for 8000pa miles each for £560 for the pair.

My Aero plus 8 is with LV at about £330. Unlimited mileage no tracker required.
