Hi, Nick, we're in Westerly. We were actually considering a Herreshoff Watch Hill 15, but decided on the Morgan instead. No launching, mooring, hauling, or winter storage bills and I don't have to paint the bottom every year. I have enough friends with boats...

Rhode Island! - my mother’s home state. I remember summers at Bristol (I once owned a Herreshoff hat).

Just back from a nice little 70 mile trip up the coast to Portsoy and back ... nice cup of tea and a cream scone .... car ran nicely just cruising at a steady 60 and it was warm even with just the aeroscreens. Got a big thumbs-up from Mrs Image.

Nice we can both enjoy the experience ... she will be doing her fair share of driving too once the newness wears off a bit .... wasn't worried ... she's ridden big unfaired motorcycles of her own since she was a teenager and we had a soft-top Series 2 Landy as a shared daily driver for years ... so the Morgan is hardly a great culture-shock 😄

The dusty back road around the track

This was yesterday - went along as a spectator to Goodwood motor circuit (30 minute drive from home) and found a very busy event hosted by Brighton and Hove club. Lots of trophies up for grabs. About 6 morgans there. Chatted a bit with one of the drivers - he had not heard of talkmorgan. Said the sprint and hill climb events got little attention.
