Ruud, do you really use Borrani spinners on steel wire wheels? My Borrani spinners don't have the same angle as the "Dunlop" spinners (55 versus 60 degrees, I think). BTW the chrome on my Borrani spinners is the worst quality I ever saw. Viva Italia.

I use this tool.

I purchased the MHT70, which has two types of spinners that can be detached.

Just seen the price of the Oldtimer tool - 429 Euros!!!! That's about £360 plus delivery.

I think you got the far better deal Craig smile

From memory Lionel charged £50. I just had to buy a breaker bar which I bought from screwfix, and the socket on eBay

Lionel’s spinner adapter tool and his service is first class. I had one for the Morgan and recently purchased one for the Jaguar. I find that a 3/4” Sq drive breaker bar the better option rather than a 1/2”.
