Kin, did you ever watch the old Star Trek? If so, do you remember how when they went down onto a new planet there was some chap you'd never seen before and even at the tender age of 12, I knew he was going to be the one that the space monster got!

If BtG asks you to wear a Star Trek uniform when you are out on patrol, watch out! cop

I've come to the thread a bit late in the day, has the inaugural meeting been arranged of the squadron?

A few weeks back I had the opportunity to run what was aeromans and Michaels Series 2 at Santa Pod. Managed 14 seconds for the 1/4 mile with a terminal speed of 102.
Having driven the car a bit more now a realising I had best part of a full tank on board could probably knock off half a second. Perhaps next summer!

Anyway Santa Pod may be a good place for a meeting, albeit that we’ll end up suffering from side pipe envy.

You must have had your foot on the brake or something. A 1905cc 4/4 did the 1/4 mile on standard road surface at the Brighton Speed Trials this year in 15.33Secs and a 1995cc +4 managed it in 14.48.

There are some other Morgans listed but the results are here if you'd like to know if your "on the pace" as far as Mogs go.

I've wondered what the pedal in the middle was for. I've a friend who runs a yankie monster at Santa Pod and will give him show him the times. I think he will also be very disappointed!
