It really depends what you want. If you want to be within a walk of the circuit then Expo is well placed, but it is a bit like Bartertown - great fun though, if you like drinking and noise! (As is most of the on site camping). The alternative is to look for one of the many local farms that offer camping in the area;

AndyMac -

In the past we have always camped in Houx or Houx annex. Good central position.

For the classic we camped in Karting, which conveniently close to grandstands, and provides a view of the track.

We did camp in Beausejour, but it was too far from anywhere.

I always associate Blue with guys with water pistols mad

Today we camp about 1/2 hour south, in the village of Malicorne, and have done for the past few years.

If you fancy travelling with other Morgan owners, and camping beside the circuit contact full information t can be found at www.lemansvagabonds.co.uk. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact deluded@lemansvagabonds.co.uk as soon as possible.

p.s. I work in Newbury (Vodafone) if you fancy discussing over a beer.

Hi Steve

Beer sounds good , let me know good time for you ?

Planning to go with some old buddies in various different motors this year but let’s see next year.
Thanks for the info on the campsites. Last year I went was 2003 and we always took the train and camped anywhere near Dunlop bridge but of course it's totally different arriving with just a tent and a crate of beer and camping anywhere with a free space.

Cheers Andy
