Have you tried Car and Classic? I sold my M3W fairly quickly through that site and the ads are free to place.

I have the impression that new photos can create a higher attractiveness. The color itself will find its lovers. I remember the Plus4 SS were also seen in light blue. But in the photos the color looks like faded on the fenders below the door. It makes the car look very used. I would have someone in your circle of acquaintances who is an amateur photographer and has a good camera take new nice photos in different light in a nice setting that has more to do with the driving experience. The roadster looks a bit out of place in the cow meadow.
It has already been said, the detail shots of the steering wheel and chrome are not very attractive. The interior could be staged very advantageously in better light. The Series 1 dashboard in particular is an absolute highlight in my view. The cream colored instruments could contrast nicely with the blue in the right light.

Your description sounds very serious and honest. People want to hear stories. Maybe a sentence about how long you've had the car or how few previous owners, maybe a princess was a previous owner? Just kidding.
Seriously, I think your car has more sales potential with better pictures.

I don't think Autotrader is the place to sell Mogs, if you really want to shift it put it on brokerage with a reputable main dealer

Yes but they also have a 3.7 which was reportedly a Geneva Show car in 2017. At under 10K miles, it's priced at £50K and it's been for sale for ages, maybe because of the price but also it's in "willow green" (sort of mushy pea colour)

That's funny you say that. There used to be a Mercedes colour called "lime green". It was popularly also called pea with sausage soup green.



Still, I like willow green very much with the Morgan. With such pale colors, subtle nuances are very important in my view. And it is finer than the Mercedes green.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the car or the write up. The colour is not totally "out there" but your photographs look overexposed in bright sunlight and do the colour no favours. I agree with others that some of the photographs don't show the car in the best light - the one with the tonneau, the folded hood at the back, the close up of the steering wheel are the ones that stick out. Perhaps get some better photographs. Unfortunately, it's not a great time to sell niche cars.

I take on-board the details of the car and also some don't show it in a positive manner.

The paintwork is in exceptionally good condition but showing that isn't easy.

I agree the colour is marmite, however more people like it that don't, well they say that to may face.

Regarding wording, I tried a flowery version that was less of a list and that didn't work, this is the 3rd format.

I also approached dealers to sell on commission, non were in a position to take another car, they all said they were full of stock, hence trying privately with a reduced price.

This won't help you as I am across the pond, but I absolutely love the color! It is such a refreshing departure from the silver, black and greys which predominate these days (of which I have 2). I think Morgans look great in lighter colors which help show the details, and this blue looks so fun! If it didn't have the steering wheel on the "wrong" side, I would be beating down your door to put it in my garage.
