I'd be happy if I got decent 3G on EE here!
EE are dropping all 3G support. It took a while to work out why the repeater in our office stopped working. Eventually found that EE had dropped that service.

I know. And their 4G in this part of town is so poor that I have to walk down my garden only to still get a poor signal. Not that 3G is much better.

All thiugh the EE signal is not wonderful where I live I can get it in the right place in the house, however i find the after sales service to be excellent. Recently had my full fibre go down (broken glass line) It took Open Reach 3 days to replace it.EE gave me 50 gig of data for my phone so I could use it as WiFi hub and a refund of £16.80 for loss of service. Can't see too many other suppliers doing that. I also get an extra 10 gig a month as both my phone and broadband are EE.

... a refund of £16.80 for loss of service. Can't see too many other suppliers doing that... £8.40 per day is the statutory amount for a complete loss of service. For those providers that have signed up for the automatic compensation scheme you shouldn't even have to ask for it OFCOM: Automatic compensationMy landline was down for over 8 weeks earlier this year, Virgin Media currently owes me £436.80.
