The pair I received recently from Morgan Cars Mid-Atlantic (USA) got them from Morgan directly. Not sure how, but they finally came through.

MMC may have a few in stock, but getting them to release them for sale is a whole different story...

RTCC (no longer a dealer but obviously with long Morgan history) say they have a set sitting waiting for fitting to our car next week so somehow they got a set out....

I've just noticed a couple of sets of rocker cover gaskets come up on eBay.

These look like reproductions made from gasket card stock to me rather than the S&S hard plastic type but I guess they should do the job.

If someone with the skill on here could CAD a set, you could then get them laser cut as you need them ?

The OEM gaskets are quite stiff - a sandwich of hard rubber, aluminum, and hard rubber with a formed sealing ridge. But it's a lightly stressed gasket so I suppose one made out of normal gasket material would be fine - it's just sealing the drain-back oil from the rockers.

I was surprised at how heavy the stock cast rocker covers were.

The aluminum gaskets have a coating that looks like teflon, and are much better quality, the paper style gaskets never lasted long for me and started leaking oil on the exhaust outlet side especially with high engine speeds.
