Here in Hampshire it's hard to find a road that you can do more than 50mph on. Hmm, I had a 500 in 1969 and managed to roll it (here in Hampshire), don't ask. The bruises to my shoulders from the seatbelt took ages to fade, the memory remains vivid.

Miklos - your friend might enjoy this video from the 2017 Goodwood Revival of a parade of 100 Fiat 500's which I attended with my son in law. https://www.goodwood.com/grr/event-...0-fiat-500s-turn-the-circuit-into-turin/They are like the original Mini, 2CV4 and Kafer they always make you smile with their uncompromising stance on life, and so much fun  A lot like our Classic Morgans

In my late teens, I was driving my worn-out Mk1 Midget at about 70mph on a local dual carriageway, when I was not so slowly overhauled by a Fiat 500.
I was talking to my late Dad about it and he said ah, that will be such-and-such he has one that was made in Austria with a Motor Bike engine,
It was only later that I learned about the Steyr Puch version.

I had never seen the Steyr Puch version, that is interesting.

Thanks for the Goodwood Lonk.
We have been there with the ecomobile in 2011.
Next year it is on our schedule - thought we would use the Mog - now everything is open again...
