Nice - Is it Swaledale?

Another stunning Autumn drive in the Dales yesterday before the rain rolled in.

Ended up driving some roads I'd not been down before. It's lovely to just set out without a destination and just go exploring. I often feel like I'm 'piloting' the Morgan more than 'driving' it. Some of the roads were rather looser gravel than I'd have liked, but the car is going in for a thorough touch up and 9+ year ceramic coating tomorrow at Reep Yorkshire (http://www.reepyorkshire.co.uk/). I'll report back on the results of that later in the week after collection.

Spencer - glad to see you are still getting out and about and stunning photos as always. Small update my side - I am going to the factory on Tuesday to finally see my car in build … so getting close , although needs to go to the dealer first for PPF and a couple of other changes. Interesting to see how the ceramic coating goes.

With the Plus Six I had stone damage from gravel flying up and damaging the underside of the front wings. Apparently the front wings were not undersealed but I have since had them done. MMC may now be underseal both font and rear on the Plus Four, but it would pay to check especially if you are driving on gravel roads.

Up at our place at Thornthwaite near Keswick and today started with a temperature inversion. We drove a circuitous circular route down to Ulverston and passed The Brittania at Elterwater on the way.

Very nice

Had quite a few enjoyable drives this last week. All rather wet, but the Plus Four held its own commendably and looked very much at home throughout. I had it ceramic coated the week before and the hydrophobic quality was impressive. After a week of wet and dirty driving, a quick snow foam and rinse had it looking as good as new.

And what do I have to imagine under ceramic coated with a Morgan? What exactly did you do there?
