![[Linked Image]](http:///Users/frankorton/iCloud Drive (Archive) - 3/Documents/4:4 Profile.JPG) Pat might be interested in the conversion I did on my 1970 4/4 4 seater. I've tried to add a photo but may not have succeeded, briefly I built a new body frame but moved the rear section which supports the spare wheel, up the slope of the wheel arches until it was level with the elbow rails behind the doors. the top of the body is then level instead of cut away as standard. The rear edge is then about 6 inches further forward than standard. I put a 2 seater windscreen and sidescreens on and made a new hood frame and hood. I realise that interfering with originality is not to everyones taste and certainly if I'd had to pay to have the work done it would have been prohibitively expensive, but I am very happy with the result. Frank.

Franko ... the image didn't make it .... I'd be interested to see it as well ... if all else fails I can send you my email address as a PM and if you send me the image I'll put it up here (tho struggling and then vanquishing the image posting process for the Forum is worth the effort as pics add greatly to the experience.🙂)

I am pretty sure I have seen an image of a 4 seater converted to a two seater. I thought the rear section had been converted to a storage area and if memory serves it was a really tidy job.... I think it might have been green in colour.... However counting on my memory is a tad risky these days.

I do all my web stuff off my android phone so may not be the best to ask ... it's an ongoing challenge so there are instructional threads (and possibly a video??)
Once you've done it a couple of times it's a breeze ... it's just getting your head round the steps first time.

I use the dedicated tm-image site ... once you're registered then you click on the 'start upload' button .... select 'my files' from the options .... find the image you want in your gallery and select it ... click 'done' ... it should appear with the option to 'upload' .... click that and once it's uploaded you'll see a list of URLs .... scroll to full image then look for the BB URL (suitable for forums like this) .... click the copy button ... then go to the forum write your message then hold your finger on the message box ... there should be a box appear including an option to paste ... click that and the URL should appear in the message ... then post the mesage and the pic should appear.
Sounds like the instructions for open-heart surgery written down like that but after a couple of goes you can do the lot really quickly

Sorry, I just can't manage this image posting. I seem to be locked out of the tm-img site. If someone can pm me their email I'll send it to them. Thanks, Frank.

Steve Simmonds, of Easy-Up hood fame, used to make a conversion for 4 seaters into 2 seaters, he called it "The Dickie". This one was for sale at Bonham's a long time ago https://themarket.bonhams.com/en/listings/morgan/plus-4-22/0c5f6e97-2084-45e1-8992-c36a590c1261, might give you some ideas. Steve might be able to help too info@simmonds.uk.com

Until Franko gets his image posting sorted here's the image he's shared. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/11/02/Screenshot_20221102-120850_Gmail.jpg) K
