Have you seen the MMC website regarding prices etc for MY23, now called merely Morgan Plus!. Decent spec Plus Four up by £10K due to increase and some things now no longer standard.

I understand, that nowaday, with the "new" clientele Morgan is looking for, they have to make their product better every year. No problem with auto, all these gimmicks that help to keep the car on the road, new Stereo, wood etc. It is still also gorgous looking (besides the dashboard! The former one was way better looking imo.)

BUT it evolves into a car, I suddenly compare to others and I slowly loose the feeling, that I have to have another new one. And Morgan was allways the absolute Number 1 for me for the last 30 years and 5 cars. I think, that is a shame, but hey, if there are enough new kids around, buying these cars, they make a perfect job.

But everything seems to work well for them, because the pricing policy is already more than confident and courageous from my point of view. On the other hand, what you hear from german dealers, they are not very happy with the quantities they sell at the moment.
I could imagine that they are counting heavily on the American market, where completely different prices can be set.

You can see very nicely how Morgan now sees his target group. Not my world!

And I would be very annoyed if my Morgan had a hardtop in such a beautiful alpine landscape, and in dry weather at that.

The journey ( not the destination)was the point in a Morgan, or always has been for me.
Very different customer base I guess.

Mine neither Jens, a pretty video I call it, could be for a cruise or perfume all a bit fluffy..

I have no doubt that this is the market they need to appeal to to survive though, not the older enthusiasts that just enjoy the voyage.

The chap in the Plus Six has to keep the hardtop on so his hair doesn't get blown around.

Really annoying vertical triple-split-screen at 0:47, and the sunglasses wobble at 0:55 drives me mad. And why feature a Leica M4-P rangefinder film camera ?

I love the M4-P in the video. I think if I were working in marketing or design at Morgan I would be taking a very close look at how Leica has not just survived but grown over the last two decades, maintaining its design and heritage while developing its technology.
